GYPSUM
Gypsum varies in caliper, however, it is the most cost effective product used for pallet covers. This product is used as a barrier to protect products from being damaged by pallet splinters and nail heads as well as used for interleaving purposes. The standard sheet size is 40×48 but can be produced in other sizes.
CHIPBOARD
The thickness/caliper of our chipboard ranges from .006 to .06 (6 to 60mil) and we offer sheet sizes up to 72″W to 360″L. CSM Paper and Film also offers Die Cut capabilities for custom sheets and trays as well as headers, coil caps, and circles.
We can also offer a wide array of lamination benefits:
- Chip to chip for increased strength
- Clay lamination for improving suction for suction cups in high speed applications.
- Our poly application is oil resistant and water proof.
- Our foil application works perfectly as a heat barrier.
