Alan L. Young has spent the past 30 years in the Paper Industry.  His early years in manufacturing and nearly 20 years experience in sales and senior management, provide him a broad perspective on the industry.  His career encompasses direct sales to the Paper, Foodservice, Industrial and Packaging Distribution Industries, as well as, executive management of plant operations.  He strives to meet the needs of his customers while also insuring the manufacturing plant has the tools they need to deliver the quality and service necessary for optimum customer satisfaction.  

Robin Dew Dixon has extensive experience in the Paper and Packaging industry.  During her 16 years with a privately held paper mill, Robin gained valuable experience in finance and credit management before beginning her career in sales.  During her tenure in sales she has gained significant experience in the Paper, Foodservice, Industrial and Packaging Distribution industries.  Robin’s proven track record of delivering the best follow up skills and service levels in the industry make her a valuable addition to CSM Paper.
